The old window was carefully measured, and when the installer came, its replacement fit perfectly. The installation process was clean and efficient. Pio Martinez is an excellent craftsman, and his apprentice, Kevin Maldonado, did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up after themselves. Last night we had one of the worst storms in my neighborhood. Between the wind and rain there was zero visibility even... to my neighbors house only five feet away. My windows were installed in 2021 (great installation and customer service as well!). This was the worst storm ever and NONE of my windows leaked. My sliding glass door did not leak. There are several people in my neighborhood that have a new built less than a year old and all of their windows leaked. I would DEFINITELY recommend Tucson Window and Door!!read more

We had all of our windows replaced in our home last week and very happy with the windows and the installation. The... windows are beautiful and well made. The installers did a excellent job and were very respectful of our home . The installation was smoothly and they took their time to answer questions and made sure we were happy. We new this would be a investment and Tucson and Window and Door was not the cheapest bid but they did have the nicest windows and we felt like the cost was worth the end results. I would recommend using them if you need new windows.read more

4 years after our 1st Installation by T W & D's we had a full replacement of our two main windows. From Melinda's great... work navigating questions, to the install by Andrew and Vincente everything was flawless. I do not recall any contract workers ever being so effecient as well as detail focused. Thank you Tucson Windows and Doors AGAIN for your continued professionalism. My opinion (shared with neighbors and friends) is there are no better companies serving our area for any window or door service or replacement work, BAR NONE!read more

Back in November, Dale sold me two Provia full glass exterior doors with mesh storm doors for a 1940s era home. They... were very expensive yet still a total ganga. It's amazing how the doors provide natural light while being the most energy efficient part of the house.The installation went smoothly, and that is saying something because everything in this house is a bit wonky.If you are looking to replace exterior doors, I would highly recommend contacting or stopping by the showroom. There are a bunch of little components to exterior doors that make them seal well yet still open easily. I truly appreciate my new doors.I know where I'm going when I am ready to replace my windows!read more

TW&D replaced 6 windows for us. From the consultation with Noah to the installation, all was professionally done. The... installation team did a great job which included clean up and stucco repair around the window frame. One window had a minor defect and it was replaced. We are pleased with the quality and appearance of our Anlin windows, our service, and the resulting decrease in our electric usage from using a more efficient window.read more

I bought a lovely older home in the bosque bordering the Sabino wash, which has lots of beautiful trees and a very... green backyard. My home is an older one, and the windows were those multi-pane glass style with metal cranks. I decided to get double-glazed because I was tired of all the cold coming through the windows in the winter and all the heat in the summer.I called five different companies and listen to bids from everyone of them. I then went on Nextdoor and posted my top three candidates to see what other people had experienced (and the follow-up) because anyone can talk a nice talk, but it’s a workers that get the job done.I finally picked a company that had a salesman who was a little more enthusiastic about the company, it wasn’t just memorization of facts, and other people had great results with no complaints.First, I was amazed at the difference of having wide open windows and being able to see the beauty of my backyard . We recently had all our windows (16) and 2 sliding glass doors replaced. We are extremely happy with the final product.... Our salesman was knowledgeable and responsive. The installation team was fabulous. They were very professional, hard working and took care of every detail. We had some issues where the windows extended out of the frame and rubbed against our rolling shutters but the installers re-set the windows and they work perfectly. They re-trimmed around the doors and it looks great. The windows themselves work perfectly. The open and close easy and they insulate well. I could not be more pleased with the final result. I highly recommend TW&D.read more

I always wanted a good patio door not a cheap one. I got mine 2 months ago. The installer should have replaced the... handles on the screen and main door but I like the security of this door. Today somehow the door wouldn’t stay on the track correctly and I called David Cruz my salesman. He came and fixed the door for me and made sure they are fixing the handles. David is a sweetheart and stands behind their products. I recommend both the company and David.read more
